Nutrition Counselling FAQs

We use the term nutrition therapy / counselling as when you work on your relationship to food and movement it tends to be more holistic than merely me informing you about macro and micronutrients.

What does a session look like?

It varies person to person, we normally start with a discussion based on your goals, or what brought you to me. We then build on this, looking at the big picture as well as small changes.

How many sessions will I need?

Again this varies person to person, but you can purchase session by session - so there’s no pressure to complete a certain number of sessions.
